I always feel completely at ease when I go to Rachael for my Botox and filler. Everything is explained clearly before anything is done, so I actually know what’s happening and what to expect, which makes a huge difference.
I never leave thinking “what have I done?” it’s always the opposite. I walk out happy and confident every time, which says it all really.
Rachael is 10/10 for friendliness as well, just genuinely lovely and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience feel relaxed instead of intimidating.
